Amazing Home in Great Southsea Location

Thanks for Checking out this ad. I am looking to rent out a room ideally Monday to Friday but would consider whole week rental for the right person or on an ad hoc basis if suits.
Up for rental is a furnished double room with a shared bathroom. Access to the rest of the house including sitting room, dining room and kitchen diner. There is a back garden and parking is on the road outside or room for a bike inside if required. There is actually a choice of rooms and so happy for you to view both and pick which you would prefer. If staying Monday to Friday on a long term basis then not a problem if you want to leave some things over the weekend.
I am a professional single guy who works reasonably long hours and so you would probably have the house to yourself for most of the evening. There is virgin media TV with good wifi.
