Large Double Bed - Modern Townhouse near Seafront

Large Double bedroom ideal for a young professional for rent in a newly built 3 story townhouse located 2 minute walk from the seafront and Canoe Lake, 5 minutes walk from Albert Road and only 10 minutes walk from Palmerston Road/ Osborne Road. Currently there are three of us but one of my housemates is in the process of moving out at the end of July 2021 so looking for someone to move in from 1st of August.

There are a total of two bathrooms in the house plus additional toilet in the ground floor along with a separate study/ spare/ storage room. The house is very modern and is part of a larger development. There is a private, locked and gated courtyard at the back of the property. There is permit parking on the road and split the cost between us.

The bedroom is unfurnished, but my house mate is happy selling her furniture at reasonable price, which is what I did when I moved in. Monthly rent for the property including bills is approximately £425 each, which is quite cheap for such a decent room.
