You will have a lovely double en suite room in a well decorated and maintained Victorian house there is a living room/ breakfast and dining room that you can use. There is a hot tub for use and another bathroom where the bath can be used. Washing machine and all amenities can be used .We are a friendly same sex family with a dog and 2 chickens .Price includes bills. The area is parking permit only which you would need to pay for from 4,30 - 6.30 which is £1.15 per day or £120 a year .We are in a great location for Southsea , Portsmouth , Fratton Station with many local amenities and shops within walking distance including Albert Road , Lidl and Tesco.
