Double room in spacious top floor apartment

If you’d like a clear view of the rooftops & spinnaker tower every day with the evening sundown glowing through your window then this double bedroom is perfect for you! The apartment is just off of Albert road and 1 straight 10min walk to the beach, round the corner from pubs, bars, shops, post office, etc. You could not get more central! The flat is an airy spacious building with tonnes of character and your bedroom is on another floor to my own, so I won’t be able to hear you! I have my own en suite and the 2nd bathroom is nextdoor to your bedroom sharing with one other clean girl (with a bath) so you will share the use of this. I am a very clean person, I am very happy to share, build a relationship, watch tv together etc. As a housemate it’s important to me that we are able to get on. I love going out, meeting new people etc, so your welcome to join me if you like! I am 22, so aslong as your young and respectful or older with a young soul we’ll get on just fine! There is guest parking which you can use but I wouldn’t recommend leaving a car there permanently. I’m very easy going, just communicate and please be clean, I don’t like flies, they are unpredictable! Half the week I may spend at my bfs house anyway so you’ll have the place to yourself with the other girl, Happy to do ft or viewing etc :)
