1 Double bedroom in a Large Victorian town house

One of our room mates is unfortunetly moving on and looking for a new person. It seems too good to be true and is. There are an insane amount of memories stored in this place.

Some of the tenants have lived here since they were students. The landlord is a lovely guy, replaces things quickly when they break and has always kept the rent price very low. No deposit required but he will expect 2 post-dated cheques which he won't cash as long as you stay for at least 12 months.

There's a cracking pub next door, and it's in walking distance of Commercial Road, Albert Road, Gunwharf Quays and the Uni.

Basement - Kitchen, Lounge, Bathroom, Access to garden

1st floor - Hallway, Bedroom, Bedroom

2nd floor - Bathroom, Bedroom, Bedroom (the one on offer) spare room 1, spare room 2,. Maximum occupancy is 4 (sorry) so they've mainly been used for storage or as an office.

The room available and pictured is on the second floor (noise is certainly not an issue). Its a large double with a fitted wardrobe housing a fitted sink (see picture). Furniture is included i. e Bed Base/mattress and chairs however flexible if you have your own.

If parking is required there is a parking permit available.

Broadband (very fast) and tv license not included in bills and is £18.50 paid monthly to one of the other tenants.

A weekly cleaner comes to clean the communal areas which will cost you £18.50 a month and £22.75 a quarter. We all chip in for cleaning products too.

The good bits:

- Massive garden! Feel free to mow or grow.

- Great people.

- Large, solid Victorian building.

- Nice landlord.

- Large rooms.

- Great location (5 minutes walk to sea).

The bad bit:

- The Aga doesn't work. There's a brand new oven though.
