The flat is located at the top of our family home and accessed is gained through the hallway of our house. You then have the whole top floor to yourself.
The flat is spacious, sunny and clean with new carpets and new mattress.
Near Albert Road and a few minutes' walk from the beach. Beautiful views to the Spinnaker Tower. Access is shared but then the flat is totally private with its own living space, office, bedroom and bathroom.
The accommodation comes fully furnished with towels and bedding. High speed Wi-Fi and all bills are included. The living area and bedroom have smart TVs. We have included basic food preparation equipment and many of our tenants take advantage of the Albert Road restaurants and shops within a 1-minute walk. There’s a washer/ dryer in the flat or a launderette a couple of minutes’ walk away.
We have a very friendly little dog called Ruby but she doesn’t go upstairs.
