A clean and spacious room in a 3 bedroom house.

My preference is for a conscientious Student or a mature professional or perhaps someone seeking a quiet space after a busy day.

The house is ideally located near to Fratton station, Albert Rd., Gunwharf Quays and Commercial Rd. The University bus and normal buses all operate to the above locations and the bustop is within a one minute walk from the house.

It's a lovely bright and tidy home which has been freshly decorated in a contemporary style.

The kitchen benefits from all mod cons including; a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Access to a courtyard garden.

The bedroom which has been freshly decorated, is furnished and comprises of a double bed, wardrobe, chest or draws and a bedside cabinet.
There is space to keep a bike at the back of the house, and parking is on the street.

I own this property and am the only person that resides here.

I'm happy to consider short term lets, Mon - Fri. I'm quite flexible so please just ask.
