I am one of the current tenants at this 4 bed house in Southsea. I have dropped out of uni and therefore urgently require a tenant to take over my double room in this pleasant furnished house, on a very quiet road. Just a 20 minute walk to the uni if you are a student (Non students are welcome!) and 5 minutes walk to Lidl, McDonalds, Subway etc. and the famous Fratton Park!
Rent is £400 per month, and the deposit is £500. Broadband is included but other bills are not, however these don't equate to much (I paid just £35 of bills from September to January!) for a couple the rent will be £500pcm.
