The house is within walking distance to AWE, Sainsbury's and bus stops but also has driveway parking for multiple cars.
There is a shared kitchen diner in the house with 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers etc.
The price includes all bills so nothing else to pay on top
Unlike other adverts the room is yours all week and not a 5 day week rental. All bedrooms have locks fitted to the doors as well for security. There is no smoking in the house but happy for people to do it outside.
