We are looking for someone who takes care of themselves, maintains cleanliness, and keeps every area they use tidy and clean.
We have a nice recently renovated furnished bedroom with a huge built-in wardrobe. Looking for someone close to our age so it will be easier to get on well with each other 😊
Commonal areas: kitchen, bathroom, garden. We would prefer a non-smoker flatmate, but if you smoke, please only do it in the garden or outside. Bills and wifi included.
No deposit. However, we ask for 2 months' rent the day before you move in.
Free, on street parking. Bus stop about 4 minutes walk (number 18 to Bitterne/Southampton).
Aldi 5 minutes walk, Lidl, Gym, KFC, Costa, Range, post office about 15 minutes.
We would like to meet you for a chat, usually available on the weekends to meet and show around.
