En-suite room to rent in Titchfield

Hello,

We are a relaxed friendly couple and have an en-suite room to rent in Titchfield in a lovely new build house, and we are looking for a professional to rent ideally monday to friday or just part time. Lodger will have shared use of the kitchen, plenty of space in our second fridge and shelf space in our pantry provided. Lounge not shared.

The room may suit someone based at NATS or working on the smart motorway project due to our close proximity to the base on Cartwright Drive.

The street has visitor spaces of which there are always spaces available and on street parking. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, chair, large TV, hanging rail and en-suite shower room with plenty of storage. The house is a town house, bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and we have a cat, though she is a nervous girl who you probably won't see.
