Hi I have a LARGE SINGLE ROOM,(4.5m/2.6m)available to rent in a shared house. in Totton CLOSE TO M27, BUS ROUTES and on the edge of the NEW FOREST. Rent for the room is £110 per week-NO BILLS OR EXTRAS. This is suitable for a quiet, clean and tidy working man aged 40-60
Basic house rules apply; clean up your own mess, don't make too much noise etc. I have a strict no smoking rule in the house and although I shouldn't have to say it: that includes pot and all the other recreational drugs!
The room has all the basic facilities, GAS CENTRAL-HEATING, bed with bedding, wardrobe, tv, hand-basin, ar-chair. The rest of the property consists of kitchen(you would have your own cupboard, fridge and freezer),bathroom, toilet and utility room with washing-machine and tumble-dryer which is shared with 2 people.
