The rest of the property consists of kitchen(you would have your own cupboard and fridge), bathroom with toilet, 2nd toilet and a utility room with washing-machine and tumble-dryer which is shared with 2 people. There is SAFE OFF-ROAD PARKING space for a single vehicle.

Basic house rules apply; clean up your own mess, don't make too much noise etc. I have a strict no smoking rule in the house and although I shouldn't have to say it: that includes pot and all the other recreational drugs!

Overall this is a pleasant and cosy place to live; it is 43m back from the main road, so exceptionally QUIET and PEACEFUL. The property's EPC rating is C.
