The house has a very large garden and driveway parking for up to 3 cars, the property is located close to Totton centre and the train station. Walking distance to the centre of Totton, and train station, under 10 min.
Centre of Southampton 10 min by car, 15-20 mins by bus.
I am looking to rent this room to a professional, non-smoker, quiet, respectful & trusted person who we can look after the house when I am not around. Male preferable.

Room available from 1st of December for 3 months or longer depends on how long takes to sell the house. References and £350 deposit required. Sorry no couples or DSS recipients or pets.
