The house is only a short walk to the local shops.

My house is in the popular Tempest Avenue area of Waterlooville, close to the A3(M) with easy access to Q. A. Hospital, Lakeside and Langstone Technology Park or a short commute to Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester, Fareham or Whiteley.

Rent £500 pcm in advance plus a month's rent as deposit. The rent includes all utility bills (excluding telephone).

I am a mature live-in landlord, I am a fully retired ex IT professional. While I am retired, I am active , friendly, out going, with a young outlook . I have used SpareRoom for many years.

For the right tenant, I am not only offering a nice room but a warm, calm, clean, tidy , relaxed house, somewhere where you can feel at home.

I am looking for a tenant who is a friendly, easy going, respectful, clean and tidy, who is a non-smoker and in full time employment.
