Furnished single room to rent. Bathroom with shower and bath next door. Other rooms have ensuite so you pretty much have sole use of the bathroom.
Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, wireless internet, parking, garden. 1 very friendly cat/lion! As well as the main kitchen I also have a utility with extra cooker, fridge and freezer so there will never be waiting times to cook either!
I'm pretty easy going and not at all possessive over my things as long as you treat them with respect! So feel free to use stereo, dvd collection, Wii, fitness stuff - exercise bike, treadmill etc. (when I eventually sort the garage out!)
Happy for you to socialise or hide away as much as you like. Very easy going, fairly quiet household. We work different shifts so have to respect different times of sleeping, getting up etc. Would want you to treat my house as your home for as long as you are here.
