We are a Mum and 2 daughters aged 11 and 14 who mostly live with me.
We are looking for a nice female lodger who fits in with our quiet lifestyle.
I work full time getting up at 6am during the week. We are happy to have a full time student or full time worker living with us.
A Monday to Friday lodger would also be fine at £70 per week.
We have a fortnightly cleaner and keep the house clean and tidy. It is important that you are a tidy clean person.
You are welcome to eat with us, watch tv with us and be a part of the family; we are also happy if you are private and want to keep yourself to yourself.
We can discuss how it will work. I would not want partners to stay over but a same sex friend would be fine occasionally.
