Very spacious main double bedroom with lots of natural light in a 3 bed bungalow to rent in the picturesque village of Westbourne.

The house includes driveway parking for 1 car, along with plenty of road parking available. Use of the garage to store your items, large spacious living/dining room area with beautiful fireplace and large bay window. Full use of the kitchen and appliances, including a large pantry. Large family bathroom with bath and shower. Very large mature garden and pet friendly!

The house is a short walk away from the village centre where there are several pubs, shops and amenities. There is a village store 30 seconds walk away and a park to walk the dogs! Plenty of public footpaths and places to go out for a walk nearby.

I am a friendly, respectful, working professional looking for another like minded individual to share the house with me. Happy for pets to come along, as long as they get along with my small friendly dog. Would suit a female working professional, but all applicants considered.

Rent is as described and a contribution towards bills will be required. The house is completely furnished. The main bedroom will be unfurnished but the furniture is available to purchase if you wish.

References and a guarantor will be required.
