Lovely light double room for single occupancy available in the heart of the very pretty little village of Westbourne, close to all amenities including the Coop, Cafe, doctors, pubs, chemist, pet shop, hair dressers etc. the bus stop is a 5 minute's walk and the railway station is a 15 minute walk. My Flat is situated in a very desirable road leading down to westbourne primary school, the countryside and the beautiful river Ems.

I have a reasonably sized fenced garden to the rear of the property, good parking and space for a bicycle in my shed if necassary. I have lived in the village since 1988, love the area and have wonderful neighbours.

The Bedroom has double aspect windows and comes fully furnished. My flat is decorated to a high standard throughout, therefore cleanliness is important to me.
