Double room

Our spare room is simple and pretty. It has a small double bed. Our home is a four bedroomed property in a quiet close surrounded by woodland. Our home is clean very respectable and tidy. We have a fun and active household. We are a mum and son combo who have two pets, Maverick the dog a spotty dude and malmo a cat who is always asleep.
Our pets are very well behaved.

We are looking for an individual who can look after themselves and join in our happy home. . We are an active family, who love our sleep.
Ideally a Monday -Friday house mate, however for the right personality we will consider full time.
Monday -Friday £450 per month inc bills
7 days a week £ 620. Per month inc bills this can be negotiated.

The room has towels and bed linen provided.

Full use of the appliances in the home.
Kitchen and fridge space
