We are looking for an easy going individual to share our family home in Whiteley, the accommodation comprises of - Double bedroom with Dual aspect windows overlooking a wooded copse. Room size is a generous 11, 0 ft 11 ft with wardrobe, double bed, separate drawer storage and comfortable seating n the room - really a home from home. BT nigh speed broadband is also present for general use. Shared lounge 19ft x 13ft with BT TV, DVD and WII, a large family kitchen/ dining room.
The main bathroom is shared by you and one other so timetabling for the loo isn't a issue with a downstairs cloakroom available also. Our garden /patio is there to chill with the summer months ahead of us.
Parking isn't an issue here and it is in easy walk of Swanwick station for the train about 20 mins. Tesco and the new Whiteley village with a range of shops, coffee shops, Cinema and 14 restaurants is an easy 10 mins amble away.
We are all of a light hearted nature easy going and generally enjoying the friendly atmosphere within the home.
