The house

Single room available in our lovely central Winchester home! *Available for viewing from 1st February*

We have a single room available in our home, sharing communal areas with Alex, Eva, and our two cats Biff & Chip. This is for either a Monday to a Friday let of any length or short term full time (6 months or less).

This room would suit a professional or post-graduate student - though we’re sociable and enjoy company we’re definitely not a party house!

The house is located in a quiet and green area 10 minutes walk to Winchester high street and 25 minutes walk to Winchester railway station. Some great pubs and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. We also have an abundance of footpaths right next to our house, so you can escape to the countryside as often as you wish!

Eva works in London and commutes weekly, so usually during the working week you’ll mostly be sharing with Alex alone. Biff and Chip tend to spend most of their time outside - and they will give you as much or as little attention as you like!

You will share a large bathroom with a shower (rainfall shower head) and separate bath. We also have a cosy living room, and a kitchen-diner (with a brand new kitchen!).

All bills including council tax, BT broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime and BT sport are included. Also included is a weekly cleaner and provision of bedding and bed linen if necessary, which would be washed on a weekly basis.

We are flexible with the days of the let and the price will reflect the number of nights you need the room:
Full time: 550/month
5 nights i. e Sunday night to Friday or Monday to Saturday morning: 500/month
4 nights I. e Monday morning to Friday evening: 450/month

A parking permit can be provided for an extra £20 per month.
