I have moved out of Cathedral Point as I am no longer at university and need to find a replacement for my room. My tenancy is until 2/7/2022, and the weekly price of the room is £176, but I am willing to give whoever takes over the tenancy £1500 toward the rent as soon as they officially take over the tenancy, so the weekly price works out to something more like £112.

The bedroom has a small double bed, a full sized desk, bedside table, plenty of shelves, wardrobe and desk chair as well as two coat hooks by the door. There are 6 plug sockets (with 4 of them being by the desk), two USB connection points and an ethernet connection point. The bathroom has a mirrored cabinet for storage, a shelf above the sink and a fully working shower. There is also storage underneath the bed. You can lock your bedroom door from the inside or outside at any point.

As for shared space, there is a kitchen that has two electric hobs, two microwaves and two ovens. We have to provide other appliances. You will have two drawers in the freezer and two shelves of one of the fridges to store food as well as two cabinets. The kitchen also has a sofa, table to seat 6, and a smart TV.

The flat is quite quiet as not all of the rooms are filled, so you won't have to worry about noise. All bills are included as it's student accommodation, and the Wi-Fi is quite fast. Other things to note include the wall soundproofing being very good (if you have a conversation at 3am, your flatmates won't be able to hear you from their room).

In the building, there is a laundry room using Circuit, there is a common room that has a large TV, seating areas, and a second TV that has a PlayStation 4 connected to it (you ask at reception for controllers and games) as well as some board games. There are also bike lockers and two outdoor seating areas. Reception is open 24/7 and there are security on site to help out if you need them. The building itself is right next to the train station and about a 15-20 minute walk from University of Winchester and a 10-15 minute walk from the main high street.
