Large furnished double room available now in shared house all inclusive for £565pcm. Rent includes gas, electric, council tax and water, you have to pay for your TV Licence (about £12pm). This room is at the top/back of the house so it is nice and quiet. Share kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 4 others, 2 ladies & 2 guys. Would ideally suit someone late 30's+. There is no communal lounge, but you have your own sofa in your room. Parchment Street is 1 min walk to High Street. Please note, whilst this is a double room with a double bed, it is for single occupancy only. Furniture includes pine double bed, large pine chest of drawers with mirror over, pine wardrobe, 2 seater leather sofa, small table with stools. A cleaner comes in once a week to clean communal areas. The accommodation is above my shop in the centre of Winchester with access via a private entrance. I live 100 miles away so I normally rely on a member of staff to show people around but due to lockdown one of my existing tenants will show people around.
