The Process:
You'll be taking over an existing tenancy for the full remaining term until 04/09/2025 via Unilife's official "Replacement Tenant" procedure (this involves a deed of assignment transferring the legal rights for the studio).
The new tenant will need to be approved by Unilife and sign an agreement with them for the entirety of this period.
We will cover the £100 admin charge Unilife makes for this process.
