Student Ensuite Room @ The Cavendish CRM

I am the current tenant on a 44 weeks contract which ends in July 2025, I am seeking someone to take over my contract.

The housing is located in Winnall, Winchester (near to University of Southampton's Erasmus Park Student Accommodation) which on average 30 mins from Southampton depending on your mode of transit. There is a dedicated bus service from Highfield Campus U7 in addition to the Bluestar 1 and regular train service.
