I have a good sized single room in a refurbished 3 bedroom house.
The property is located in a quiet close, 13 minutes walk from the station and about 15 minutes walk from the city centre. It is close to several bus routes. The room is simply furnished, with bed, comfy chair, desk, TV and large built in wardrobe. The room comes with sole use of the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath. I am looking for a quiet professional who needs somewhere to stay during the working week, and who will treat my home with respect. I am happy to provide a mini fridge, kettle and microwave should you require any of these items for use in the room. I will require references and a deposit.
