Lovely single room close to city centre/station

I have a single room currently available in my three storey modern townhouse. I am looking for a non-smoking professional who either requires accommodation on a Monday to Friday basis, or works shifts and will be returning to their main home on their days off. I may consider someone who needs a room 7 days a week but this would have to be on a short-term basis of between 1 - 3 months. Sorry, no couples or students.

The room is on the 2nd floor of the house and is lockable for extra peace of mind. It has its own bathroom on the same floor. The person who takes this room will not be sharing their bathroom with anyone else

The house is close to everything - 10 mins walk town centre/shops, 5 mins cinema, 15 mins station (Waterloo 59 mins). Permit parking is available in the street outside the house. I am houseproud and the place is always kept neat, tidy and well maintained.
