A Single Room in a Quiet House with All Bills

A small single room available in a 3 bedroom house. It is furnished with a wooden single bed with a memory foam mattress and pillow, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedroom chair or a computer desk and chair ( due to space limit, either a bedroom chair or a computer desk will be provided as of your preference)

The size of the room is small, however, it is well decorated to a good standard. You can enjoy sharing the following rooms in the house:
1. A living room with real leather sofas and a good size TV
2. A kitchen with oven, grill and hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a storage cupboard
3. A dining room
4. A Toilet with shower over bath ( toilet is near the bedroom)
5. A conservatory

All bills ( virgin superfast broadband, TV licence, council tax, gas, electric, and water) are included in the rent.
There is off-road parking. There are spaces ( a bay area) for parking in front of the house and a private parking space at the back of the house. The house has a front and rear garden.

The house is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. A bus stop access to the city centre is just 3 minutes away and a local convenience Co-op shop is 5 minutes away from the house. A lovely wood is just some meters away from the house and the river Test and Weston shore are just within a walking distance.
