Hey I’m Dom, I’m a professional male currently looking for a professional individual to rent my second bedroom. The flat is fully furnished with an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with patio doors onto a generous balcony, boasting lovely views over the River Itchen. The bedroom available for occupation can be offered with a bed and a wardrobe, or I’m happy for those to be removed if needs be. There is one bathroom with shower over the bath. Other features include washing machine and boiler cupboard, another separate storage cupboard. I am out of the house at work during the week usually from 7:15 - 18:30 as well as every third Saturday around 8:30 - 16:30. I live a pretty social life, don’t tend to drink during the week but weekends are altogether different! Living in Centenary Quay has been great for me, with Mettricks coffee shop/bar as well as Quayside, so you don’t have to walk far to get yourself a bite to eat, coffee or something stronger. Just a short walk to Lidl, 2-5 minutes and 10 minutes on the bus into town, you can also walk down to Weston Shore.
