It is a 2 minute walk to Queen Alexandra hospital so ideal for staff / trainee nurses. There is off road parking with a bus stop on the door step. Cosham and Portchester train stations are 5-10 minutes walk away.

The house is fully furnished and has had new central heating installed, flooring laid and redecorated throughout. All bedroom doors have locks fitted.

The new kitchen and living room are spacious and modern, the garden is currently a work in progress but is a useful outdoor space, with lawn and patio. Both bathrooms are new, light and clean.

Other facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, television, wifi, and all necessary kitchen equipment.

Ideally I am looking for a tidy lodger that will respect the property and help maintain cleanliness.
