Super double room in friendly house.

A light and airy furnished room has come available in a super house sharing with six other friendly and mature working professionals.

Come and see our spacious, friendly house with wifi. It has an amazing garden and updated contemporary accommodation. It is a Victorian house which we have had for over 20 years. It runs really well with some lovely housemates who are calm and polite, clean and tidy, with a number of them having been tenants here for a long time. The rooms are light and airy, with large sash windows, and some original features are retained to give some character and interest too! The house is fully registered as a HMO.

Our shared kitchen/dining room includes a dishwasher, two fridge-freezers, one extra fridge, large range cooker, microwave, washing machine, table and chairs and lots of storage plus all the utensils, crockery, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board etc you could need.

There is a comfy living room with IKEA furniture and TV.

There are two shower rooms each with WC, sink and shower - one of which is a huge walk-in shower. (One of the other bedrooms has it's own ensuite and several have their own sinks so that helps to avoid the shower rooms being too busy.)

The large garden has a gate at the side so you can securely store a bike there. It has a huge lawn, a seating area plus washing line. We maintain it all, it is very private and gets lots of sun.

We have a weekly cleaner for communal areas.

It is located within easy walking of Hereford city centre, there is a walkway directly to the hospital. The railway station, supermarket etc are all nearby too.

It is in a resident's parking zone which helps with availability on spaces but currently both our spaces are taken. Outside of the restricted times however you can park for free. Restrictions apply 8am-6pm Monday - Saturday and limited to one hour. There is nearby free parking in some streets outside the permit zone approx. 5 mins walk or you can purchase a season pass for a local carpark. If any of the current tenants with a space or permit were to move out, I will let everyone else know so that you can have the opportunity.

All you will need to bring is your bedding, duvet, pillows, personal belongings and food. The rent is £95 per week to include all bills or per calendar month (*52 weeks/ 12 months) = £411.66

This bedroom is a double room with a double bed, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet but it is smaller than the other bedrooms in the house, so again if anyone were to give notice I always give the occupant of this room first refusal. The other rooms have a bit more space so you could have a desk or comfy chair as well.
