The basement apartment in a substantial victorian red brick house, consists of a large sitting room/ diner, ensuite shower/ bathroom and large double bedroom.
The sitting room is furnished with a large settee, dining table and chairs, fridge, kettle, television. The bedroom has a queen sized double bed, shelving, drawers and a clothes rail. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
The apartment would suit a single person or a couple. There would be an added charge of £150 per month for a couple.
Cooking takes place in the shared house kitchen, with all amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer etc.. ( the apartment does have its own fridge and freezer.)
All bills are included (inc broadband). Parking is on street
It takes 10 minutes to walk into the town centre, Sainsbuiry’s and Aldi are a 5 minutes walk. Access to the river footpath and Great Western cycle route are also only a few minutes walk
