Spacious bedroom

Large spacious double bedroom, to the back of the house overlooking a well maintained garden, and beyond to the Racecourse. You are very welcome to enjoy the garden where there is a swing seat, and outside table and chairs.

The bedroom contains double bed, double wardrobe, large desk with drawers, chair, simple bookcase.

The family bathroom is right next door to the bedroom. the large kitchen has a breakfast bar, so you may choose to eat in the kitchen. We prefer meals to be eaten downstairs. There is a washer/tumble-dryer at your disposal, an ample sized fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. Central heating.

The living room has large sofas, and the dining area looks out onto the lawn.

We are a relaxed and happy household. We have two dogs, they are very relaxed and quiet, they are also getting on in age so are mostly asleep.

The house is on a cul de sac, where there is ample parking.

Couples:
We would consider couples for short stays at increased cost per week.

Location:
There is a bus stop and Greene King pub within 2mins of the house. You can walk into town in just 15-25 mins. depending on your speed. There is a well stocked corner shop, 2 hairdressers and 2 health and beauty salons within 5 mins walk. Cycling into town is under 10 minutes.
