My spare bedroom is ready and available to rent from early June. The rest of the flat has the shared shower room, living space and kitchen, as well as a small balcony at the back of the building.
If you need parking, I have a visitors parking pass that can be used. Please note it is on road parking.
I’m looking to rent it out Monday to Friday, as I like to have the option of having friends and family stay at the weekend. I am open to leasing to someone who needs the room less often; we can of course discuss the month rate based on this.
