Looking for a female housemate in an ensuite double room in South Wales, in an old magical farmhouse, just outside Hay on Wye.
Suitable for artists and creatives who might be seeking space and silence for upcoming projects.

The House is surrounded by 110 acres of Welsh field and Farmland and backs onto a lovely forest. It was once a Buddhist sanctuary and is due a renovation but still holds its old charm and we love its quirkyness.

Its unlike any house we've ever lived in and friends who visit say they love the views of the valley, the privacy and the unique character of the place.

There's plenty of parking space and the closest neighbour is 300m away.

Your room is a pretty big room with a ceiling that comes to a point and a king mattress (you can use or we can put in storage). It has some other basic furniture too, enough for a simple life for a few months, or you are welcome to bring a few of your pieces to flesh it out.

The room has a big ensuite too, it's not flashy but it's lovely in there.

It is an old house, and it has elements like old wood, dust, etc., so if you are hypersensitive to these, this isn't the space for you.

There are views out over the valley from the room.

It's far from perfect, not modern but a magical house.
