We have a shared house with a double room available to rent and off-street parking space available.
The room has a built-in wardrobe and can be provided furnished if required.
All bills, broadband, Netflix and Now TV included (except food, although we normally split this together to save money!)

We're two friends who both work regular hours in local professional jobs. I enjoy cooking for the house and we like eating together but of course, this isn't mandatory!
