Full time, permanent address or Monday to Friday or other combination let available in victorian family home of two mature working professionals. Please note this is our home and we live here full time. This is not a shared or multi-occupancy house with absent landlord.

Large room with TV with freeview. Gas central heating. Shared bathroom. Wifi throughout the house. Self catering. Full use of kitchen and laundry. Bedding / towels provided. Parking.

We welcome vaccinated, covid wary guests into our non-smoking home. They are often working professionals on short term contracts in the area, and have a permanent address elsewhere. It may be that you are starting a new job in the area and need to get to know the locaility. We expect our guests to be in full time employment or be fully occupied.
Very experienced hosts. You can expect a peaceful and no hassle stay. References available from other contractors/ consultants that have stayed in the past. Our hosting is built on trust and compatibility, very laid back. House large enough for total privacy but a sociable chat over a glass a wine. We expect quite in the house from 10pm. We will not accept applicants that come with xbox / PlayStation type devices.

We are a strictly non smoking household. Smoking outside only. Smoking of any illegal substances immediately terminates any lodging agreement.

5 minute walk to Leominster town centre. 15-20 minutes to train station.


Full time, long stay, no other address £100 per week.
Payment 2 weeks in advance. Proof of Id and employment required.

Short stays, single nights available via Airbnb.



Please note we are in the rural county of Herefordshire over by the Welsh boarder. Not HERTfordshire. Quite a few people are getting us muddled.
