Hope this finds you well, I'm offering out my spare room @ £615 per month all in (utility bills taken care of, fellow professionals in a 9-5 or 8-6 mentality preferred). As you'll hopefully see it's fully kitted out with your own bathroom & walk-in shower across the hall, secure intercom entry, balcony, parking spot, all cooking appliances etc. The flat's communal amenities are excellent if you ask me 😁 - spare PC workstation, 65' telly wall mounted with ps5, firestick and prime, Netflix, d+ subs... It's a good setup for sure but the right person is key here. My work is finance / payroll so generally rise early and finish late during the week, while the weekend is mixed with gaming, watching sports, running errands and chilling out until the next one. Council tax is band A, but covered in the cost for multiple occupants by the 'all in' bills either way.
