One bedroom available in shared G Stone Cottage

We are looking for 1 female lodger to share our 2 Bedroom Annexe with shared Bathroom, Lounge and Dining Room /Kitchen. It will be available to let from end June /mid July 22 The accomodation is furnished. The bedroom is a standard double size
but is only being let as single occupancy. The lounge is on the smaller size, opening out onto a sunny south facing covered patio for alfresco dining. The accommodation is more suitable for someone with an outdoor lifestyle. Those who love the activities on the River Wye and the local trails in the Forest of Dean will love this spot.
Undercover space and bike wash for cyclists provided.
This ground floor cottage is stone built but dry lined so is cosy and warm inside and has off road parking outside.
There is a small enclosed patio with a south facing aspect which is great for sitting/eating outside.
We are a family of 2 adults who live on site with 2 friendly border collies and two cats. We love outdoor sports cycling, walking skiing and canoeing.

The price to rent the room is £520 per month. This includes all bills except the Heating supplement of £30 per month payable during winter months. Working from home is not available due to the shift pattern of our current lovely lodger who is a nurse on night duty.
