Lovely Room in Family Home 15 min from City Centre

A double room is available to rent now in a home from home family house.
In a great neighbourhood- 15 minutes walk from Hereford City Centre, 10 minutes walk to hospital, on the North side of Hereford.
I have dogs who are extremely friendly and well behaved. They will not come upstairs unless asked to. My daughter and her two dogs (one is a puppy) and cat also live here but will be leaving in August when she leaves for university.

All bills are included within the rent as well as unlimited broadband, and the room is furnished with a bed, fitted wardrobe with drawers, 2 bedside tables and a desk with chair if needed!
The house has got a lovely garden with a patio and a lawn, as well as a conservatory, dining room, living room etc.
Parking is on street and will require purchasing a permit.
I'm looking for someone who is easy-going, humorous, and respectful. Any questions feel free to ask.
We ask that if you smoke, you do so outside. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
