Double room + own bathroom in top floor flat

Living room

Double bedroom with dresser and clothes rail available in a spacious and furnished top floor flat. Living room has a Juliette balcony with a scenic view. Separate bathroom also.

The flat has my furnishings throughout but happy to rearrange if desired. Looking forward to sharing this space with a friendly individual who is respectful, clean and a good laugh (you can use my PS5 and tv subscriptions).

Located on the Apsley Marina and a couple minutes away from Apsley train station - great links to London Euston and Milton Keynes. Large Sainsbury's in walking distance and a corner-shop in the Marina.

Parking space available with the flat which I do not use. Intercom system to let people into the building. Bills done through meter readings. No elevator, being on the top floor gives a nice level of privacy in a socially thriving area.

I rarely ever use the living room, more than happy if you want this to be your own space too. Any questions I am happy to answer! Flexible with arranging a viewing.
