Room to let (Mon-Fri) in Waterside Penthouse Flat

We are seeking a Mon-Fri lodger for a room within a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom flat. There will be one other lodger staying within the property. We, the owners will mostly be working away Mon-Fri and will return at weekends so the property will be empty for the lodgers to enjoy the majority of the time. We would expect the lodger to vacate the property each Friday (5pm at the latest). All personal property can be left within the room over the weekend. The room (with double bed and fitted wardrobes) comes with a parking space, free wifi and access to a double height living area and mezzanine overlooking the Grand Union Canal. The property is conveniently located 5 minutes walk to Apsley train station (with direct 30 minutes trains into London Euston) and the M25. The flat is located within the Apsley Marina complex, with excellent cafes, pubs and shops within walking distance. We are seeking a quiet, clean and tidy professional to lodge. The room cost includes bills and a bi-weekly cleaner. For sole occupancy (one lodger) Mon-Fri we would charge £750.
