Please note that this is a family home and we are renting ONLY the loft conversion. No other areas in the house will be shared so you will not have access to kitchen, garden etc.
You'll have a private, only to yourself, loft conversion top floor that has a double bedroom, private toilet and a small living room. As seen in picture. Nothing else will be accessible.

The space
. It is very quiet and safe with local shops and parks. There is a great variety of restaurants, gyms, shops and more in Barnet close by.

Whole Package
The quoted price includes a double bed, fresh bedding for when youarrive, towels for arrival and unlimited hot water. The room has hair dryer and a high speed WI-FI internet connection. Kettle and coffee at arrival. Also a very small fridge

It is very quiet and safe with local shops and parks. There is a great variety of restaurants close by.

Other things to note
Please do make sure that you'll take care of the property. any damage or loss (ie. if you loose the key) will need to be refunded
Unfortunately we can't allow anything upstairs that might cause fire (candles, hobs etc)
