Studio flat

The Room:

The lodgers agreement is for 1 month rolling contract with 1 month notice period. I am only looking for people that need a short term let. The room will not be available after 31st Jan 2023.

This a nice light double with a fully equipped kitchen and an en-suite bathroom. This is for single occupancy only and I am not currently taking people working from home.

The studio is at the top of the house. I own and live in the remainder of the house with my cat. There is a washing machine available to use in the utility room downstairs and there is free street parking outside the house.


II have a cleaner who comes every Saturday morning who can clean your space if you wanted, she charges £12 per hour and you can make arrangements with her.

About me:
I work as a Probation Officer and am ideally looking for a professional. I have had many people working at Barnet Hospital and this seems a good fit. I am quiet and past having parties. I am looking for someone that wants to live in a quiet and peaceful home with their own independent space. I am gay, so no homophobic persons. Love wins 🌈.

The local area:
The house is a 10 minute walk to High Barnet Tube station or a 15 minute walk to New Barent Overground. There is a bus stop a few minutes from the house with the numbers 34, 234 and 263. The 326 stops a 10-minute walk away as is the numbers 307, and 107.

There is a Tesco Express in walking distance or a Sainsbury a 5 minute drive away as well many local independent cafes, a great Greek grocers, an Everyman cinema, yummy sushi bar, all a few minutes walk. There are serval pretty parks very close by too.
