I am looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to come and join me in my flat in Barnet.

The Flat:
The room is the 2nd bedroom in a large 2 bed flat. It is a very good sized double room, which comes with a King Sized Bed, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers and 2x Bed Side Tables.

The flat is very bright and spacious. It has a good sized main bathroom + a 2nd toilet room. The lounge is extremely large, and has a separate kitchen at one end.

Surrounding Area:
The flat is in a block of 8 (split over 2 floors). There is plenty of parking around. There is also access to a garage. There are 3 parks within 2mins walk.

High Barnet Tube (Northern Line) - 10mins Walk
New Barnet Overground - 10mins Walk
184 bus stop, 2mins away.
Very good exit route by car to M25 / M1.

About Me:
I'm a 28 year old male professional. I'm very friendly and sociable and hoping to find someone similar.
I work as an Automotive Engineer, based up near Milton Keynes. My working day is pretty long (up at 6am and get home around 7pm), and I have to travel a bit too. .
In my free time I like to play tennis and am heavily involved with Barnet Tennis Club.
At the weekends I like to go out for a few drinks with friends and relax. I'm into all sports, so I tend to watch whatever is on.

About You:
I am looking for a young professional of a similar age and lifestyle to myself. I want someone who is going to be social in the evenings / weekends, but not someone who's going to be out partying all the time, coming back late and making lots of noise. A shared interest in Sport would be nice, but is by no means a necessity.

As this is my own flat, it is important that anyone living here is clean and tidy, and is respectful to both me and my neighbours in terms of noise.
