The room is on the ground floor and has a double bed, bedside tables, desk, tv, wardrobe with drawers, and coffee/tea making facilites. There is sole use of shower/WC next to the room.
Included in the rent, linen which is changed and room cleaned bi-weekly.
Use of kitchen, garden and open plan sitting room and dinning room.

The house ideally located for exploring the Hertfordshire countryside and borders the Ashridge Estate. It is a 20 minute walk to Berkhamsted station which has four hourly trains for the 35min commute to Euston Station.
We are about 20min walk from Berkhamsted with its boutique shops, restaurants and pubs and 5 minutes from the local pub and shops.

Berkhamsted is just off the A41, 20 minutes from Luton airport and 10 minutes from the M25 and M1.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and wifi broadband (except telephone).
