Berkhamsted Flat Share

Off road parking, 10 minute walk to Berkhamsted station.

First floor two bedroom flat, shared kitchen and bathroom, living room will be shared occasionally but mostly available to new sharer.

Cost includes wifi, TV license, council tax and fair usage electricity, cleaner does two cleans per month of kitchen, bathroom and living room etc. this cost will be shared.

I am 67 my daughter is moving in with her partner hence availability, I work two days per week, I am very active so not about much other than a few weekday evenings, often not around at weekends.

I have an eclectic music taste and enjoy music in the flat, but can plug into ear pods if sharer prefers quiet.

I am looking for a professional with references please.

Shared room is a small double, can have wardrobes and double bed left if required or equally can remove to make unfurnished.

Living dining room is a lovely light room with windows to two aspects, nice views to the hills above the castle.

Bathroom has bath with shower over, there is a small airing cupboard and an enclosed area with fridge freezer and tumble dryer.

A great coffee shop and a bakery about a 5 minute walk on the High Street.
