Lovely large bright double bedroom available in quiet peaceful shared house on Dunmow Road (opposite Nags Head pub). Easy access to Stansted Airport (bus stops directly outside house), Bishops Stortford town centre & train station (10 mins walk) and M11 (3 mins drive). Single occupancy only - no couples.

This is arguably the best room in the house. It is the largest room in the house, and is very quiet being at the back of the house. The room is bright and spacious, and it has big window looking out of the long sunny garden. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, mirror-fronted 3-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair, and small armchair for relaxing.

Shared use of fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including microwave. Everything is provided including cooking pots & pans, and plates, cutlery etc.. Upstairs there is shared use of a newly refurbished luxury shower room. Downstairs there is a separate WC, and access to the large pleasant garden. Every 2 weeks the gardener comes to look after the garden, and a cleaner comes to clean all the shared areas.

The house has been recently refurbished throughout. All rooms have been redecorated, a new luxury shower-room and new double glazed windows and new heating system throughout the house.

Rent is discounted to £500/month if you move in by end of 10th May. The discount is only for first 2 months to help spread the cost of moving. After 2 months the rent will be at normal rate of £550/month.

Very convenient location on Dunmow Road - the main road out of town from Bishops Stortford towards Stansted Airport. 10 minutes walk to town centre and train station, bus stop to Airport or to Harlow immediately outside the house. Unfortunately no parking is available. Pub opposite (Nags Head) and convenience store open till late just 3 minutes walk away.
