Double room available in clean and tidy two bed flat in Borehamwood very quiet neighbourhood.
10mins walk to the station.

£550 per calendar month for MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY!!!!
Suitable for the millions who work in London or in & around this area BUT live elsewhere; therefore only need a place for 2- 4 days over the week & than go back to their home over the weekends.

Sharing flat with one other - myself: Fairly chilled out professional female who enjoys some cooking, a bit of rubbish TV, a good book, a night out with my mates and some 'me' time. I'm not obsessive about cleaning but the kitchen and bathroom have to be clean at all times - think that's standard right?

Room: Fully furnished - Double bed, chest of drawers and double Wardrobe ( since changed it not the one on the photos). Oh and there is a TV now with a fire stick.

Shared Kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods -fridge, washing machine, cooker, microwave. You don't need to bring utensils either as there is plenty.

Great news you can use an oyster on the trains. Its 20mins into Kings Cross, 30 to the South bank - Get off Blackfriers and you are in walking distance to both London Bridge and Waterloo in either direction.
Buses: 107 and 292- about 20mins into the Northern line - Edgware which gets you to central in 30mins. 306 - 30mins to Watford & bushy.
Walking distance to 24 hour Tesco supermarket and a retail park that has Argos, M&S, Boots, JD sports and Lidls to mention a few.

You: Age, what your profession is, etc.. is unimportant to me, what counts more is the person as well as mutual respect and compassion. However, no smokers atleast never in the house.
